Apartment 25-50sqm €40 per month Apartment 51-100sqm €50 per month, Over 100sqm contact us. Price includes: Apartment is inspected once a week, watering plants, security, easy maintenance. Make sure that the apartment is cleaned and ready for new guests if it is ordered cleaning with us after the last guests. Basic Package prices are valid for 1 year from contract signing.
